Disposal in the Czech Republic
From 12 August 2028 – or 24 months after the entry into force of the relevant implementing acts of the European Commission, whichever is later – a uniform, harmonised EU label for packaging will be introduced under Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). Until then, the national disposal routes described above continue to apply.
The disposal routes mentioned are based on current Czech legislation (Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on Waste) and standard municipal practice, as of August 2026. For binding information, please contact your local municipality or your authorised waste management provider. Each customer and business partner is responsible for familiarising themselves with the requirements of the EKO-KOM system and, where necessary, entering into a contractual arrangement with it; Hellmann Poultry assumes no responsibility or liability in this regard.

B2C / End customer
Blue bin (municipal collection). Flatten cardboard boxes and paper filling material and place them in the blue paper bin. Basis: Municipal (EKO-KOM)
